Paintless dent repair is a specialized technique used to restore dents to their original form without the need for painting. Our skilled technicians employ various metal rods to carefully manipulate the dents from the underside of the panel. This meticulous process requires precision to ensure the repaired metal matches the factory finish. They also use cold and hot glue when there is no access behind a panel.

We recommend allocating 30-45 minutes for a standard hail estimate. During this time, our estimator will thoroughly assess the severity and quantity of dents on all panels of your vehicle. They will also take detailed photos and documentation to build a file that your insurance will need for the claims process. Additionally, they'll address any questions you may have about the repair process and gather necessary vehicle information.

During the estimate process, our experienced staff will walk you through the claims process and guide you through any steps you need to take. Our certified estimators will pull your vehicle into our manufacturer-grade light tunnel to assess the damage thoroughly. They will create a comprehensive file for your insurance, which includes detailed photos, documentation of the damage, and any additional services needed for repair, such as glass replacement, part replacement, calibration, paint work, window tint, vinyl decals, or paint protection film (PPF). Once the assessment is complete, we’ll review everything with you and provide a printed copy for your records.

When you receive your estimate, we’ll discuss scheduling options for your vehicle repair. We offer same-day drop-off, allowing you to bring your car in at your convenience. At the time of your estimate, we’ll schedule a time for your repair. Depending on the damage, you can choose between our paintless dent repair (PDR) process, which typically takes just a few days, or a combination repair involving PDR and conventional body shop techniques.
